Six Flags America - Mitchellville, Maryland
Six Flags America opened in 1982 as Wild World and is located between the nation's capital and Baltimore. Six Flags purchased the park in the late 90's and has worked to expand and improve the park. The park features eight themed lands, each filled with numerous rides and attractions for all ages including Roar, Batwing and the Typhoon Sea Coaster.
